break your own fast

i feel 100 percent better ever since i’ve been breakfasting like the french – a big mug of coffee, some fabulous bread (i prefer fresh sourdough cinnamon toast or an egg on gluten-free udi instead of the traditional baguette, though), and a daily read. i usually eat breakfast a little later in the morning, alone, after i’ve fed the kids, cleaned the kitchen, and had a glass of water. aaaahhh.
